A DELIVERY FEE will be added to each order that is "delivered" by 620 Florist. A delivery fee will not be added to "pickup" orders. The Delivery Fee for addresses in zip codes 78681,78664,78665,78682,78717 is $15.00 per order. All other orders delivered by 620 Florist to addresses within the 620 Florist delivery area will be charged a delivery fee of a higher fee.
An additional HOT SHOT fee of $25 per order will be added to each order that requires a specific delivery time (e.g. "before 10am" or "after 4pm"). HOT SHOT orders require a one-off special delivery and are not routed with the other orders for that day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries within the 620 Florist delivery area cannot be guaranteed.
620 Florist does not deliver to addresses outside of its delivery area. The 620 Florist delivery area includes addresses within these zip codes: 78664, 78665, 78681, 78682, 78660, 78634, 78717, 78727, 78728, 78729, 78626, 78628, 78633
Orders will be delivered on the SAME DAY if the order is placed on or before 12:00pm CT on the requested date of delivery. Orders placed after 12:00pm CT on the requested delivery date will be delivered on the following business day.
We are closed on Sundays and do not make deliveries on a Sunday. Deliveries requested for a Sunday will be delivered the following business day.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the unavailability of certain flowers and/or greenery. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain vases and keepsake items may be necessary due to unavailablity, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
